Sometimes bad allergy levels or cold air aggravate it and I need that steroid.Lesleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03806404383790065626noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140995780351663052.post-48977928413774499902016-11-14T09:33:52.804-05:002016-11-14T09:33:52.804-05:00Thanks! I hope your lungs and breathing are better soon. I've never thought about it, but I guess they can get inflamed like anything else. Thanks for linking, Heather! In 2013 I did the MCM followed by Richmond (Richmond was supposed to be the goal race but it ended up being an awful day). No marathons since then. Interesting what you describe happened with your breathing. I wonder if this crazy weather is impacting lungs more than normal this year. My son had an upper respiratory virus that turned into a cough. They x-rayed him and treated for Bronchitis with antibiotics. But then the cough lingered and was aggravated by exercise outdoors. It still flares up after a race for him. Anyway, I hope you recover well and enjoy some downtime and off-season. I ran two marathons in 13 days when I did the Boston 2 Big Sur Challenge back in 2013. And did another one that same week. Needless to say I took a break after running three in three weeks.Fairytales and Fitnesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02523381883953946478noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9140995780351663052.post-83168143094721172892016-11-13T20:39:49.991-05:002016-11-13T20:39:49.991-05:00Well, wow, I'm glad you are ok!
